Director Of Enterprise Process Transformation

Join a recognized industry leader - Alliance North America was proudly named a 2025 Top Workplace in the Manufacturing Industry, an honor based entirely on feedback from our own employees about our culture, values, and workplace experience.

Alliance North America was established in 2017 and is proud to be the sole North American supplier of AIRMAN Power Generators, AIRMAN Air Compressors, and ANA's patented EBOSS Hybrid Energy System and Smart load bank system. Our commitment to our customers is to Make their World Easier, by answering the phone, understanding their needs, and taking ownership to provide them solutions. With a large parts inventory and more than 90% of all orders shipping within 24 hours, you never have to worry about spare parts. We help keep your fleet in top condition with our world class Support Department, who are always ready to help and be a resource by providing training on our equipment.

ANA is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada, with locations in Cypress, California, and Spartanburg, South Carolina. ANA is growing and scaling, and we are seeking a Director of Enterprise Process Transformation in an onsite position in Henderson, Nevada.

The Director of Enterprise Process Transformation will own the design and governance of ANA's end-to-end business processes and ensure they are properly implemented and adhered to across the company's departments and platforms. This role will establish and maintain a unified process architecture across operations, HR, finance, IT, sales, marketing, engineering, support, and supply chain, ensuring departmental decisions support downstream workflows and system integrity. The objective is to create a coherent operating model supported by well-integrated enterprise systems, enabling ANA to scale efficiently. This role requires someone who can lead cross-department change, influence teams across the organization, and ensure that new processes and systems are not only designed well but fully adopted.

The position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. This role reports to the VP of Finance and IT.

Role & Responsibilities:

Enterprise Process Architecture:

  • Map and document ANA's core end-to-end workflows, including:
    • Lead-to-Order
    • Order-to-Cash
    • Procure-to-Pay
    • Manufacture-to-Ship
    • Inventory Management
    • Record-to-Report
    • Employee Lifecycle
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and cross-department failure points.

Enterprise Systems Design:

  • MS Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Salesforce
  • Finance, operations, HR and reporting platforms (including Power BI)
  • Integration and automation tools
  • Master data and permission governance structures

Cross-Functional Process Governance:

  • Establish governance for how processes are created, modified, and maintained.
  • Evaluate departmental process changes for downstream operational and system impacts.
  • Facilitate alignment between departments.

Continuous Process Improvement:

  • Drive operational efficiency through automation, standardization, and system optimization.
  • Reduce manual workarounds and process delays.
  • Improve the quality and consistency of operational and financial data.

System Adoption and Enablement:

  • Improve effective use of core platforms such as Business Central and Salesforce.
  • Partner with leadership and teams to ensure processes are correctly executed within systems.
  • Provide guidance and training to support adoption of improved workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, information systems, or related fields.
  • 1015+ years leading enterprise process transformation, ERP architecture, and business operational systems implementation.
  • Demonstrated success driving cross-functional change in organizations where processes span multiple departments and systems.
  • Experience implementing or rescuing ERP/CRM transformations where adoption, governance, and workflow discipline were required across teams.
  • Strong, successful experience aligning ERP (Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics), CRM (Salesforce or similar), and operational systems into a coherent operating model.
  • Proven ability to navigate organizational resistance and drive adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Experience operating in manufacturing, operationally complex, or rapidly scaling companies strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise operational workflows across finance, operations, sales, supply chain, HR, and support.
  • Experience translating business processes into system architecture across ERP, CRM, and enterprise platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, system integrations, and enterprise reporting environments (e.g., Power BI).

Attributes:

  • Change driver Comfortable challenging the status quo and pushing the organization toward disciplined processes and system adoption.
  • Influential communicator Able to command a room, build credibility quickly, and lead cross-department discussions with senior leaders.
  • Organizational diplomat Skilled at navigating personalities, incentives, and departmental friction to move change forward.
  • Systems thinker Understands how decisions in one department cascade across operations, finance, and enterprise systems.
  • Process architect Able to design workflows that scale with the business and eliminate operational friction.
  • Operationally fluent Comfortable working directly with operations, finance, engineering, IT, and sales teams.
  • Business-to-system translator Converts operational needs into system logic, automation, and integrated workflows across ERP and CRM platforms.
  • Relentless executor Focused on ensuring processes are actually adopted, not just designed.

Expected Impact:

Within the first 12 months, this role should deliver:

  • Clear ownership and governance of ANA's end-to-end business processes across departments
  • Strong integration between Business Central, Salesforce, and other core systems
  • Streamlined, documented workflows that eliminate friction & manual workarounds, improve efficiencies including speed & accuracy
  • Access for Leadership to consistent, accurate and standardized KPIs & dashboards that reduce manual reporting and improve decision speed
  • A scalable process and systems foundation to support ANA's growth

ANA's Core Values:

  • Root Cause Problem Solving
  • Be Creative with Solutions
  • Build open and honest relationships
  • Build a positive team and family spirit
  • Be inclusive
  • Look for better ways

  • Life Insurance
  • Voluntary Accident Insurance
  • Voluntary Critical Illness Insurance
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Employee Appreciation Programs

$160,000 - $200,000 a year The salary range for this role is $160,000 $200,000 per year, which serves as a guide for pay decisions. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, experience, and skills, as well as pay equity considerations.
