What is the role about?
This position has primary responsibility to support the various Endress+Hauser gas measurement services and products throughout North America. This role provides customer service by effectively managing customer expectations and provides technical support during normal business hours when working from office or home location.
Which tasks will you perform?
- Responsible for onsite customer and technical support, reporting any issues to management and providing daily status reports.
- Perform site surveys and installation support of equipment, including data gathering of the area that a unit or system is to be installed, completion of questionnaires, and preparing customer for pending commissioning.
- Perform onsite commissioning support, monitor installed equipment for proper operation, and adjust as needed.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, replace, and perform annual inspections on equipment.
- Make and verify electrical connections of equipment.
- Configure complex systems utilizing laptop and configuration software.
- Create equipment configuration files and make changes independently without supervision.

What can you expect from us?
The anticipated pay range for this role is $70,600 to $104,800 per year. Exact compensation may vary depending on the education, skills, and experience each candidate brings to the role.
