Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing mechanical and electrical repairs in a manufacturing setting. The job duties will be 70% mechanical and 30% electrical. You will need to perform repairs up to 480v and have a basic understanding of PLC diagnosis and troubleshooting. Additionally, you should have strong knowledge and experience with pneumatics and be able to troubleshoot motors, gears, and rewiring logic systems. You will also be responsible for completing weekly preventative maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs in a manufacturing setting.
• Conduct repairs up to 480v.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC issues.
• Troubleshoot motors, gears, and rewiring logic systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on a weekly basis.
• Utilize strong knowledge and experience with pneumatics.
