Job Details
We’re seeking a skilled Building Automation Foreman to lead our field team in the Oklahoma City area. This hands-on leader will manage the installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning of building automation systems (BAS) across commercial projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety on every site.
Responsibilities :
Lead BAS installations from start to finish, coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to BAS, including HVAC controls, lighting systems, and energy management.
Supervise and mentor technicians, fostering a collaborative and safety-focused work environment.
Ensure that all installations meet company standards and industry regulations, conducting quality checks at each phase of the project.
Serve as the on-site point of contact, addressing client questions and concerns with professionalism and expertise.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines, and provide regular updates to project managers.
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years in building automation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Strong knowledge of BAS integration, DDC systems, and energy management.
Experience with one or more of the following platforms : Johnson Controls, Schneider Electric, Distech, Siemens, Trane, Delta Controls, Automated Logic, or other
Tridium Niagara experience highly preferred
Experienced with various communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.).
Ability to diagnose and solve complex technical issues independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well with clients and team members.
