Job Title : Programming Technician – Building Automation

Job Summary
We seek an experienced and detail-oriented Programming Technician – Building Automation to program, troubleshoot, and optimize building automation control systems for commercial HVAC applications. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless operation of advanced building automation technologies that drive efficiency, performance, and sustainability. The ideal candidate will have a stable and local work history and technical expertise in BACnet, DDC systems, and platforms such as ALC, Alerton, Tridium Niagara, and Distech.
Key Responsibilities
- Program, service, and diagnose building automation controls for commercial HVAC systems, ensuring peak performance and seamless integration.
- Work with BACnet and DDC systems to optimize system communication and functionality, ensuring reliable operation.
- Perform installations, diagnostics, and repairs on control systems, including ALC, Alerton, Tridium Niagara, and Distech.
- Partner with project teams to support the successful execution of building automation projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, ensuring consistent quality control and adherence to industry best practices.
