Sales Consultant Opportunity

Car buyers spend an average of 13 to 15 hours researching online before ever stepping into a dealership. 92% to 95% of buyers now rely on digital channels to evaluate pricing, reliability, and features. We are actively hiring sales consultants to help those buyers learn about the Dutch Miller Advantage, and become lifelong customers.

You'll need to be self motivated, organized, and resourceful.

Experience not required: Successful current employees include a Realtor, Nanny, Customer Service Rep and Military Veteran. They never worked in automotive sales before-- we trained them to consistently sell 15 to 25 units per month.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their needs to guide in the selection and buying process
• Test drive vehicles with customer to demonstrate industry leading features
• Maintain contact with clients to ensure complete satisfaction and to encourage repeat and referral business
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• No sales experience required!
• A friendly and energetic attitude with a focus on customer service
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure and stress
• A positive and outgoing personality
• Possess a valid drivers license and be in good standing
