Davis Chevrolet located in Houston, TX is looking for Experienced Sales Associates to join our winning team. We are looking for individuals with the drive to succeed.
We are a family owned dealership that has been in business since 1959, with a fantastic reputation for customer service!! We have great benefits that include medical, vision, dental, and 401(k). You will have a guaranteed mimimum income for up to 90 days!
Sales Associate Responsibilities :
- Product Training
- Making outbound phones calls to prospective and existing customers, with a willingness to accept and follow continuous phone training
- Following up with prospective and existing customers
- Email, text, and call customers with information pertaining to their vehicle purchase
- Keep up-to-date notes in the CRM
- Address customer concerns- Understand and maintain product knowledge
- Spending time with customers to determine their needs
- Taking customers on test drives while demonstrating vehicle features and benefits
- Assist customers with the purchase of a new or pre-owned vehicle
- Completing quotes and explaining finance options
- Complete daily work activities
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction
