As a Swim Instructor, you will have the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of children by teaching them how to swim in a fun and safe environment. Imagine the thrill of seeing a child confidently swimming across the pool for the first time, knowing that you played a part in their achievement.Not only will you get to share your love for swimming, but you will also get to work in a fun and energetic atmosphere. Our team is supportive and friendly, creating a positive and welcoming work environment. In addition to the excitement of being a part of our team, this position is also Onsite, allowing you to work directly with our students at our state-of-the-art facility.Plus, with a starting pay of $15.50+/Hour, you can earn a competitive wage while doing what you love.Looking to fill position ASAP. Our highly trained instructors are experts in our proprietary curriculum. Combined with our 91 degree water, full-sized pools, children are provided the optimal learning environment. We are dedicated to developing our children into confident, life-long swimmers. We would love to have you as part of our program and we hope to see you in our pools soon!WHAT DOES A SWIM INSTRUCTOR DO?As a Swim Instructor, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our students every day. You will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels, helping them develop their water safety skills and enhance their swimming abilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating and implementing lesson plans, conducting group and individual lessons, and providing constructive feedback to students and their parents.You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety of all participants in the pool area and maintaining a clean and organized teaching environment. No prior teaching experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to all new instructors.
