ARCO / Murray National Construction is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager who is passionate about the design / build construction process to join ourAutomotive Construction Team. We are looking for a Project Manager to help lead automotive dealership construction projects including new ground-up facilities, service expansions, showroom renovations, and OEM image program upgrades.. Typical base compenstation for the Project Manager role is between $84,000.00 - $135,000.00. Candidates with extensive experience may exceed this range. In addition to the base salary, the role is eligible to receive discretionary bonus compenstatoin based on indivdiual and company.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with automotive dealership construction (ground-up or renovation)

Familiarity with OEM facility programs (Ford, GM, Stellantis, Toyota, Honda, etc.)

Experience building or renovating :

Service bays / service drives

Showrooms and customer experience areas

Parts storage and logistics spaces

EV charging infrastructure

Car wash / detail areas

Experience working around live dealership operations
