Join Our Team as an Automotive Paint Prepper!

Carolinas Collision Center of Raleigh is a well-established collision repair facility dedicated to providing high-quality service to our customers. We specialize in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition and are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Paint Prepper to join our team.

Position Overview :

The Automotive Paint Prepper plays a critical role in ensuring that vehicles are properly prepared for the painting process. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the automotive repair industry, along with experience in paint preparation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and cleaning.
• Remove rust, dents, and imperfections to ensure a smooth and flawless finish.
• Apply primers, sealers, and other base coatings, to vehicle surfaces.
• Inspect vehicles for imperfections and ensure they are ready for the painting process.
• Collaborate with the paint and body shop team to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
