Job descriptionBuild and maintain lasting relationships with customers and referrals Obtain expert product knowledge and confidently describe or demonstrate vehicle technology, features, and accessories Identify and understand the customer's needs, preferences, and budget, and assist them in their selection by providing vehicle options that meet their needs Promote vehicle protection plans such as GAP, service, dent, or windshield Lead the sales finance process with each customer Partner with the Finance team on customer financing options based on their credit, budget, down payment, and trade-in values Use the Client Relationship Management system to manage customer relationships and interactions, schedule appointments, and respond to Internet leads Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Experience in product or retail sales preferred Competitive drive A heart for customer care and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service Availability to work retail hours including Saturdays and holidays High School Diploma or equivalent required Valid Driver's License Clean driving record with minimal accidents, points or moving violations Able to use / learn to use : CRM database, Google Suite and other automotive software products as required Comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage Health Savings Account Company provided life insurance Paid vacation, sick, and bereavement (Benefit Days UT) 401(k) with company match Short and long-term disability insurance Accident, critical illness, optional life, and hospital indemnity insurance Employee Assistance Program that offers counseling, financial or legal sessions Pet Insurance
