We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. This position is key in helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs while providing a smooth and enjoyable car-buying experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner—both in person and over the phone
- Understand vehicle features, capabilities, and competitive advantages to confidently present and demonstrate products
- Qualify buyers by identifying their needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable models and options
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance, warranties, and available services
- Guide customers through the complete sales process, including negotiation, paperwork, and financing options
- Maintain contact with previous customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Participate in dealership events and community outreach to generate new leads
- Accurately complete required reports and maintain up-to-date product and sales knowledge
