Responsibilities
Ensures excellent service standards and maintains high customer satisfaction
Schedules service for customers either in person or on the phone
Takes detailed, accurate messages
Verifies customer appointments and all relevant customer information (name, phone number, VIN, mileage, etc.)
Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
Files, scans & retrieves repair orders
Prepares deposits and maintains a cash management system
Other duties as assigned
