Job description
The Automotive Sales Advisor plays a crucial role in facilitating the sales and finance process while delivering outstanding customer service. You will assist in lot operations and omni-channel sales, fully executing the sales process and working to achieve monthly sales targets. Your responsibilities include maintaining strong CRM practices, ensuring clean paperwork, and recovering any missing documents. You will also support the finance process to enhance Finance & Insurance profitability. Additional tasks include supporting vehicle photography, delivering cars to partner hubs as needed, assisting with lot organization and merchandising, transporting vehicles, checking in incoming cars, and contributing positively to our NPS scores.
What You'll Get :
Hourly Wage : $17.00 plus commission opportunities
Overtime Pay : Eligible and paid in accordance with federal, state, and local laws; prior approval required.
Holiday Pay : Eligible for 1.5x regular rate on designated holidays, plus 8 hours of pay.
Sick Pay : Up to 48 hours granted.
Paid Time Off / Vacation : Accrual starts at 0.83 days per month, includes 4 floating holidays and 9 paid observed holidays.
Profit Sharing : Eligible to participate.

Qualifications :
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with car sales experience and a valid driver's license. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a commitment to supporting customer needs and achieving results within a global organization. Goal-oriented individuals capable of identifying and meeting business needs are encouraged to apply.
Licensing Requirements : A valid Sales License is necessary for specific states including Arkansas, Nevada, California, North Carolina, Colorado, Ohio, Hawaii, Oklahoma, Idaho, Pennsylvania, Kansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Utah, Louisiana, Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Massachusetts, West Virginia, Nebraska, and Wisconsin.
