Job descriptionDemonstrates a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity. Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar high-end customer service or sales role. Strong automotive knowledge with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. Excellent problem-solving skills and a high degree of attention to detail. Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and other relevant software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods. Communicate clearly with customers and team members in person and over the phone. Use a computer and telephone system for long durations. Occasionally lift and move objects up to 25 pounds. We're looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for our service customers, acting as a knowledgeable and trusted liaison between them and our skilled technicians.
