Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly upon arrival, listen attentively to their vehicle concerns, and provide a positive first impression.
Accurately document customer issues, translating their needs into clear, concise repair orders.
Communicate repair recommendations and estimated costs to customers in an understandable manner, answering all questions with patience and expertise.
Schedule automotive services efficiently, coordinating with the technician team to ensure timely completion.
Maintain open and consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates on progress.
Build trust and rapport with customers, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
Process payments and manage customer accounts accurately.
Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience from start to finish.

Requirement

Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role in the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and terminology.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
Proficiency in using automotive shop management software and diagnostic tools.
A genuine passion for customer service and a commitment to building lasting relationships.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy shop environment.
A valid Colorado driver's license.
