We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, strong judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize travel logistics. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other professional documents. Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external partners. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Track deadlines, priorities, and key deliverables to ensure follow-up and completion. Support expense reporting, invoicing, and budget tracking. Assist with planning and executing company events, meetings, and retreats. Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency. Qualifications 1+ years of experience supporting executives or senior leadership. High School or equivalent Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and / or Google Workspace. Ability to manage multiple projects and work with discretion and integrity. Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
