We are looking for a Project Manager - Aviation with 10-15 years of experience to join our aviation team. Preferred candidates to join our aviation team will have an interest in working in a dynamic and collaborative global design environment with an emphasis on communication and pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

What Your Day Could Consist Of :

• Participate in selected project and business development opportunities, including RFQs and RFPs.
• Prepare fee proposals including work plans to identify scope, staffing and schedule; Participate in the negotiation of contracts.
• Define staff requirements for projects as needed or directed.
• Manage project budget, work plans, consultants and schedule. Track fees and costs for conformance to contract.
• Participate in the preparation and execution of subcontracts for consultants.
• Build and sustain a cooperative and respectful work relationship with clients, ownership teams and representatives.
• Foster and maintain a collaborative professional working relationship with the Project Leadership Team (i.e. Project Designer, Project Architect, and Principal in Charge).
• Provide leadership including professional development coaching and mentoring staff.
• Manage day-to-day activities of assigned projects.
• Foster on-going communication through team meetings, minutes, and up-date memos to project team including consultants.
• Ensure project documentation and are in compliance with Populous standards and policies.
• Contribute to design development, drawings, in support of overall project goals when requested and directed by the Principal-in-Charge.
• Create respectful associations with contractors upholding the design teams interests.
• All other duties and responsibilities as required.
