Schneider Electric is seeking talented individuals with a strong work ethic to be part of our Maintenance team in Fairfield. We currently have opportunities for Maintenance Technicians for our Methods and Maintenance Team. What will you do?
Identify and express to the Team Leader any risks regarding health and safety
Conduct preventive maintenance according to preventive maintenance plan.
Repair equipment in case of breakdown, where the repair methods are known.
Ensure the consistency of the information into the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management
System)
Apply the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) approach to reduce the cost of maintenance (continuous improvement), to increase the reliability and availability of workstations and production lines
Train production actors in achieving maintenance level 1, 2 & 3 What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
You are aware of safety / electrical safety procedures (LOTO, electrical safety codes etc)
You are interested in working in a test / automation and production environment
You have an education and / or experience in troubleshooting automated test equipment
You are organized and hands-on in structured de-bugging
You have knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance
You are curious about new technologies and looking to solve real-world problems in a manufacturing environment What's in it for you?
