Field Service Tech - Plastic Molding Machines - Tempe, AZ Field Service Mechanic Tech Technician Engineer Maintenance Repair Maintain Machine Repair Machinery Plastic Injection Molding Molders Injection Extrusion Molded Plastics Thermoforming - . Travel to customer sites to install and service injection molding machines and equipment, provide training for end users, troubleshoot PLCs, and maintain positive customer relations. • Visit customer plant sites and install and commission service new equipment. • Perform routine or emergency maintenance on plastic molding machines and related equipment, including pick and place robots or similar. • Program, update, and demonstrate use of PLCs for customers. • Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components of injection molding machines and equipment. • Repair, replace, or update parts as needed. • Provide phone assistance for technical support and handling customer complaints.
