We are seeking motivated B2B Sales Agents to join our team! This is not just any sales role—this is a B2B sales position where your drive, hustle, and ability to build strong business relationships directly translate into earning potential. If you have experience in sales (especially in the mortgage industry), understand the importance of managing a sales pipeline, and are comfortable working with a CRM, we want to hear from you!
What We’re Looking For :
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience —preferably in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment such as the mortgage industry or other similar industries.
- Ability to understand and replicate the importance of a sales pipeline to drive success in a B2B environment.
- Comfortable working with a CRM system to track leads, calls, and sales activity.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented —you are driven by commissions and bonuses , not hourly pay.
- A hustler mentality —you thrive in a sales environment and are dedicated to building relationships that lead to long-term partnerships.
- Reliable transportation —for in-person meetings, client visits, or team events.
- Strong ability to work independently while meeting and exceeding sales goals.
