The Spirit of the Position :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Backend Engineer Manager with expertise in C# .NET and Microsoft SQL Server as well as experience managing a team of engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, a passion for technology, and a drive to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will also be responsible for managing a team of engineers and have strong leadership and managerial skills. You will work closely with our design and backend teams to deliver high-quality, performance, and scalable solutions.

Join us in shaping the future of parking! This position is located in our Hartford, CT Headquarters and offer a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Principal Job Duties :

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using C# .NET
• Optimize and manage SQL Server databases to ensure high performance, reliability, and security
• Implement security and data protection measures
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends and latest .NET releases

Requirements :

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
