If you are a skilled, certified operator with experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we want to connect with you.

Must be able to operate a sit down and standup forklift; will load trucks and retrieve material from warehouse racking; will manually pick orders

Schedule Flexibility
Various Shifts Available:
Day shift, Mid shift, Night shift
M-F, 4 on 4 off, Weekends F-M

Responsibilities:
Operate Reach Trucks (primary), forklifts, and order pickers to move, stack, and transport products and materials.
Use an RF scanner to accurately track and manage inventory.
Efficiently load and unload trailers.
Perform inbound receiving processes as required.
Follow all safety guidelines and adhere to the 7S program to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Demonstrate a commitment to process excellence and uphold Supply Chain quality policies.

Equipment Most Frequently Used:
Toyota Sit-Down Forklift
Raymond Stand-Up Forklift (Reach Truck)
Crown Stand-Up Forklift (Reach Truck)
Raymond Walkie Rider
RF Scanner

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Experience with cycle counting or inventory auditing.
Proven track record of meeting productivity goals.
Prior experience working within a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Excellent troubleshooting skills for load and inventory discrepancies.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Certification and training in the safe operation of Powered Industrial Lift Trucks (PITs), specifically REACH TRUCKS.
At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally.
Comfortable working in hot or cold warehouse environments.
Must be able to bend, squat, twist, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.
A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with leadership and peers.
High school diploma or equivalent.
