Job Title: Forklift OperatorJob Description

Join a food-grade warehouse team where you will primarily operate a sit-down electric forklift for approximately 80% of your work time. Occasionally, you will hand load trailers and track products using an RF scanner.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down electric forklift for the majority of the shift.
• Hand load trailers when necessary.
• Track and manage inventory after packaging using an RF scanner.
• Engage in order picking, packing, and material handling tasks.
• Participate in shipping and receiving duties.

Essential Skills

• Forklift certification.
• 2+ years of verifiable forklift operating experience.
• Proficiency in inventory management and material handling.
• Experience with picking, packing, and using RF scanners.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Must have sit-down forklift experience.
• Ability to operate independently as a plug-and-play operator without additional training.

Work Environment

You will work in a well-lit, clean facility alongside fellow employee-owners. The preferred training schedule is during day shifts. Normal working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime on Saturdays.

This is a Contract position based out of Fargo, ND.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
