Metric is looking for a skilled and motivated leader to oversee the daily operations of our soon-to-open all-day café in Avondale. This role will involve managing our in-house bakery and leading a small baking team in our first phase, with the goal of expanding our offerings in phase two once our team and systems are well-established.
The ideal candidate has experience opening restaurants or bakeries and understands the dynamic nature of launching a new business. This role requires wearing many hats, demonstrating strong leadership, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Operations Management : Oversee all bakery operations, including production,
inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety
regulations.
