- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for preschool children.
- Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment for all students.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and behavior.
- Conduct regular assessments to track students' developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for students. Qualifications :
- 6+ months of experience in early childhood education or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline is preferred but a high school diploma required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans
- Able to pass a background check
- Willing to obtain a CPR and 1st Aid certification Compensation : $18 - $19 hourly
