Sunflower Bank is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of a full-time Credit Underwriter III. The Credit Underwriter III is responsible for gathering, analyzing and interpreting financial and credit information in order to assess the creditworthiness of Sunflower Bank's customers, focusing on Sunflower Bank's complex credit relationships. The incumbent will assist Commercial Bankers in supporting new and existing assigned loan relationships with an emphasis on maximizing credit quality and minimizing risk.The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000 depending on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and

Experience Preferred : Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, or similar field, in lieu of a degree, applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent and have been in this discipline a minimum of 10+ years.7+ years of experience in credit analysis / portfolio management in a commercial lending environment required.Must possess sound area of underwriting in areas of commercial lending such as commercial real estate, commercial and industrial lending and SBA lending.
