- Process Financial Transactions - Handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Customer Assistance - Provide exceptional service by assisting clients with account inquiries and banking needs in both Mandarin and English.
- Fraud Prevention & Compliance - Follow banking regulations, verify customer identities, and ensure transactions meet compliance standards.
- Cash Handling & Balancing - Manage cash drawers, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Promote Banking Products - Inform customers about financial products and services to enhance their banking experience.

The offer for the successful Bilingual Bank Teller (Mandarin / English) includes a competitive hourly pay rate and option to enroll in benefits for the duration of a 6-month contract with opportunity to extend.
