This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience as a Bank Teller, Universal Banker, Personal Banker, Member Service Representative, Financial Services Representative, Customer Service Representative, or Retail Associate who enjoy helping people, building relationships, and making a positive impact every day. As a Member Advisor, you'll be a trusted resource for members by providing exceptional service and guidance through everyday financial interactions. You'll assist with transactions, account services, and lending solutions while helping members achieve their financial goals. You'll process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other account transactions with accuracy and efficiency. You'll open and maintain deposit accounts, assist with consumer loan applications, educate members on fraud prevention and account security, and recommend products and services that support their financial well-being. Success in this role comes from delivering outstanding customer service, identifying member needs, and building lasting relationships through every interaction.
