BofA Securities, Inc. has an opportunity for a VP; Corporate Banker to develop, grow, & maintain the assigned client relationships, incl U.S subsidiaries of Chinese companies, through coordination of regular client pitching, working closely with global & regional corporate banking teams & product partners. Drive a primary product set which includes credit & risk mgmnt, cash mgmnt, liquidity, and treasury (including sweeping & pooling structures), trade solutions, debt capital raising, leasing, & global mkts / hedging. Reqs : Bach or equiv. & 5 yrs exp. in : Identifying revenue opportunities, generating ideas & solutions to meet client needs & structuring appropriate product solutions & comprehensive banking product offerings; Conducting deal execution, working on a broad scope of assignments & transactions across acquisition financing, M&A, syndicated credit facilities, debt capital mkts transactions, equity, & convertible notes issuances. 25% domestic travel, as nec.
