This is an opportunity to become a key member of a world-class investment banking practice focused on companies in the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will provide support to the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team to execute a wide array of equity and equity-linked financings, including initial public offerings, follow-ons, structured deals and convertible debt transactions.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
- Execute transactions as an Analyst on the ECM team
- Interact directly with current and prospective clients
- Work closely with broader investment banking team to coordinate all aspects of existing client management, new business origination and deal execution
