Position Summary :
The Digital Banking Operations Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Digital Banking team to deliver seamless and exceptional client experience for the Bank’s Digital Banking and Treasury Management (TM) services. Acting as the primary liaison between production and operations teams, this role ensures the client service experience and messaging are consistent throughout the onboarding process and ongoing support. The manager will focus on building strong internal and external relationships, fostering a client-focused culture, and driving operational excellence to exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership & Team Management :
Lead, mentor, and manage the Digital Banking staff, fostering a high-performance culture focused on client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Act as a liaison between production and operations teams to ensure consistent and exceptional client service experience.
Build and nurture strong internal and external relationships to support a culture of collaboration and client-focused service.
Manage the department’s overall operations, including compliance with audits and regulatory requirements.
Partner with product teams to ensure Digital Banking and TM offerings meet evolving client needs.
