Position Summary :

The Digital Banking Operations Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Digital Banking team to deliver seamless and exceptional client experience for the Bank’s Digital Banking and Treasury Management (TM) services. Acting as the primary liaison between production and operations teams, this role ensures the client service experience and messaging are consistent throughout the onboarding process and ongoing support. The manager will focus on building strong internal and external relationships, fostering a client-focused culture, and driving operational excellence to exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Leadership & Team Management :

Lead, mentor, and manage the Digital Banking staff, fostering a high-performance culture focused on client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  • Oversee the team’s daily operations, ensuring service level commitments are met or exceeded.
  • Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance team expertise in Digital Banking and TM services.
  • Client Onboarding & Support :
  • Act as a liaison between production and operations teams to ensure consistent and exceptional client service experience.

  • Oversee the onboarding process for Digital Banking and TM clients, ensuring client needs are accurately captured and addressed.
  • Develop and implement processes to provide superior continued support for specialty deposit clients and other key client segments.
  • Culture & Relationship Building :
  • Build and nurture strong internal and external relationships to support a culture of collaboration and client-focused service.

  • Champion initiatives to enhance the Bank’s service culture, specifically tailored to the unique needs of Digital Banking and TM clients.
  • Operations Management :
  • Manage the department’s overall operations, including compliance with audits and regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor and enhance operational workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on the development, enhancement, and support of Digital Banking and TM products.
  • Product Development & Innovation :
  • Partner with product teams to ensure Digital Banking and TM offerings meet evolving client needs.

  • Contribute to the development and rollout of new products and features, ensuring operational readiness and training for staff.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience in field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Banking, Treasury Management, or a related financial services field.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Digital Banking and TM products, services, and operations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a client-first and mindset using a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency in banking systems, digital platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
