Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

A leading middle?market investment bank is seeking a highly driven Investment Banking Analyst to join its growing team. The ideal candidate has hands?on M&A transaction experience , strong financial acumen, and the ability to operate in a fast?paced, entrepreneurial environment supporting senior bankers across all phases of deal execution.

Responsibilities
- Support full?cycle M&A transaction execution , Debt Advisory, and Special Situations.
- Build detailed financial models , including DCF, LBO, accretion / dilution, and comparable analyses.
- Develop high?quality marketing materials , such as CIMs, management presentations, buyer lists, and pitch decks.
- Conduct in?depth industry and company research , competitive benchmarking, and market analysis.
- Participate in due diligence processes by coordinating with clients, buyers, lenders, and other external advisors.
- Assist in managing project workflows, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth deal execution.
- Collaborate closely with senior bankers to support business development and new client pitches.
