Vice President, Investment Banking - Wealth Advisory
Job Overview : Our client is seeking to add a Vice President to join their Wealth Advisory Investment Banking Team in Ohio, Texas, Michigan, or California. This role will focus on clients in the Wealth Advisory market, including Registered Investment Advisory (RIAs), Retirement Planning, Life Insurance, and Wealth Management (Brokerage). This leadership role is responsible for managing transaction teams, conducting in-depth financial analysis, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of advisory services. The Vice President will oversee mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business valuations, due diligence, and financial consulting projects, from origination to closing. Responsibilities include structuring and negotiating transactions, managing internal teams, and implementing strategic objectives.

- Lead M&A and financial consulting projects, acting as the primary client contact and ensuring successful execution.
- Manage both buy-side and sell-side advisory engagements, including financial modeling, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and closing processes.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to enhance client satisfaction, expand market presence, and drive revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to position them as a strategic partner.
- Oversee client retention efforts, providing high-quality service and identifying additional consulting opportunities.
- Review and structure client deliverables, ensuring accuracy and quality in financial analysis and advisory services.
- Mentor and manage team members, setting priorities, providing constructive feedback, and overseeing workflow.
- Publish thought leadership articles on transaction advisory, diligence, financial consulting, and valuation trends.
- Stay informed on industry developments, incorporating best practices into client strategies and advisory services.
- Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive revenue opportunities across service offerings.
