Technical Project Manager (Banking - Payment Systems, EFT, ACH, card networks) – % Remote

We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Project Manager with a strong background in payments systems and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to lead critical initiatives across our financial technology landscape. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration, compliance, and execution of payment solutions. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage technical projects focused on payments, EFT, and financial transaction systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams, business units, and third-party vendors.
• Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables; create and maintain detailed project plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively driving resolution and communication.
• Oversee system integrations, migrations, and enhancements related to payment gateways, processors, and EFT platforms.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (, NACHA, PCI DSS) and internal security protocols.
• Monitor and report project progress, budgets, and status updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews and feedback loops.
