The Role :
This is a career-defining Regional Vice President role where you will :
- Build and Lead : a team of Large Enterprise Account Executives in the pursuit of new business acquisition (5-6 AEs)
- Drive Growth : within Community Banks and Credit Unions with $20B+ assets to meet revenue targets and expand the client base
- Transformative Sales : executive-level engagement, extended sales cycles, and large $20M+ contracts.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities : using good sales process / sales methodology.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing sales team : fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration to achieve KPIs
