Responsibilities :
- Driving the overall operational safety and soundness of the Consumer line of business (LOB), including fostering collaboration with 1LOD and 2LOD to drive risk management throughout the product lifecycle and providing thought leadership to the Consumer LOB.
- Remaining knowledgeable about the Compliance risk domain, including but not limited to Deposit Compliance, in the functional areas across the Consumer Banking, Small Business, and Retail business lines, including areas of cross organizational risk.
- Supporting the Consumer Banking and Retail business lines in identifying and mitigating Compliance and Operational risks.
- Managing Consumer and Small Business Terms and Disclosures processes by tracking necessary changes, working with the Compliance and Legal teams for alignment and approval, working with internal teams to notify customers of changes and publishing updates.
- Participating in the preparation and delivery of presentations to various levels of management in written and verbal formats, including documenting and reporting risk throughout the risk management lifecycle.
- Supporting end-to-end consumer product development, maintenance, and processes to streamline consumer banking product offerings and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Managing Consumer Governance and Operations Analysts and supporting direct reports' responsibilities.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
