Key Responsibilities :

Craft alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.

Engage guests with a friendly demeanor, taking orders and serving drinks and snacks.

Provide knowledgeable responses to inquiries about our offerings.

Make drink recommendations based on guests’ preferences and seasonal ingredients.

Manage bar inventory, ensuring supplies are well-stocked and fresh.

Verify the age of patrons to enforce legal drinking age regulations.

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Foster an inviting atmosphere that prioritizes guest satisfaction.

Uphold all food and beverage laws and regulations.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Holds a current TABC certification.

Demonstrates a proven track record of success as a Bartender.

Shows deep knowledge of mixology, including both traditional and contemporary cocktail recipes.

Proficient with computer systems, including POS.

Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly regarded.

Exhibits a positive disposition with superior communication skills.

Capable of maintaining a well-organized, stocked, and sanitary bar.

Able to lift 50 pounds.

Able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 6 – 8 hours).
