About the role

The Banqueting Assistant Manager oversees all facets of the Banquets Department. The Banqueting Assistant Manager coordinates the set-up and service of all functions in the hotel / resort.

What you will do

Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees in the Banquet Department while ensuring guest satisfaction. The manager coordinates, trains, disciplines, and supervises the Banquet staff.

What you bring

We are looking for individuals who have a thorough knowledge of guest service, banquets / catering, excellent leadership skills and strong interpersonal skills. Applicants are required to have two to three years of previous employment in a related position. A college degree is preferred. Union experience preferred
