Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION :
- Leads personnel, assists in troubleshooting of machines and equipment
- Performs mill changeovers, startups, and shutdowns.
- Provides team leadership and coaching to plant teammates.
- Assists teammates with operational issues and makes corrections.
- Coordinates with internal and external departments as necessary.
- Performs setups, operational checks, and complete a visual inspection before operating line.
- Participates in continuous improvement activities and their implementation.
- Monitors product quality.
- Keeps work area clean and orderly.
- Trains other employees when assigned by Supervisor.
- Makes minor maintenance adjustments to machines with proper training when instructed by Supervisor.
- Regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance per the posted schedule
- Responsible for special projects as assigned.
- Performs duties in accordance with company safety policies and report unsafe conditions
