Requirements / Responsibilities Bartender Requirements / Responsibilities
• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Be a hospitality champion by having awareness in the dining room and upholding ACFP standards
• Embraces the ACFP menu in order to answer guests’ questions and suggestively sell
• Create craft cocktails
• Have knowledge of alcoholic service laws and standards
• Be of legal age to serve alcohol based on state mandated guidelines
• Build a rapport with our guests
• Work in a standing position throughout their shift
• Maintain a great attitude and smile throughout their shift
• Operate a point-of-sale system
• Safely lift up to 30 pounds
