Job descriptionMust have a keen eye to detail and organization. Contributes to daily holiday and theme drink menus in collaboration with supervisor. Adheres to proper alcohol handling sanitation and safety procedures and maintains appropriate dating labeling and rotation of all beverage items. Must have a general understanding of professional kitchen sanitation protocol. Must be willing to learn and adapt to situations and procedure changes as decided by the management Greeting and seating customers Taking food and beverage orders and accurately entering them into the ordering system Making menu item recommendations Communicating any food allergy or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff Ensuring all orders are filled quickly and accurately and that food is high quality Providing attentive service to diners like refilling drinks as needed and checking their needs during meals Promptly addressing any customer service issues and referring to management if and when necessary Performing some cleaning duties such as at the service station around the kitchen and in the dining area Service staff are required to possess at least 2 years of fine dining experience Excellent customer service including patience and a friendly demeanor Exceptional organization and time management Effective written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of foodservice regulations and proper food handling procedures Wine Knowledge a must (wine certification preferred) Capability to learn quickly and memorize menu details Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willing to work flexible work schedules that include nights and weekends Physically able to be on their feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds unassisted Family Meal Health insurance Vision and Dental for full time employees 50% off for you and friend at your restaurant of employment. 20% off any of our other restaurants.
