Featuring 32 natural hot spring pools, 16 WorldSprings-inspired pools, barrel saunas, cold dip pools, and much more, we are committed to creating a peaceful and rejuvenating sanctuary for our visitors. Zion Canyon Hot Springs will be a top-tier retreat that combines natural beauty and wellness.
Position Summary
The Bartender is responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests by preparing and serving beverages with efficiency and professionalism. This position requires strong customer service skills, knowledge of drink preparation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Bartender ensures all bar areas are clean, well-stocked, and compliant with local alcohol regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain knowledge of the drink menu, ingredients, and bar offerings.
- Check guest identification to ensure legal drinking age requirements are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including counters, equipment, and storage.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift.
- Handle transactions accurately using the POS system and manage tabs.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and creating a positive atmosphere.
- Follow all alcohol service laws and safety guidelines.
- Monitor guest behavior and report any safety or security concerns to management.
- Other tasks as assigned.
