Why You’ll Love This Role :
As Wait Staff, you’ll provide outstanding table service, ensuring residents and guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience in a welcoming atmosphere. Your work will bring smiles and satisfaction to those we serve every day.
What You’ll Do :
- Conducts and ensures compliance with annual online education (Relias), food safety, and cleaning procedures.
- Oversees departmental orientation, dining room service training, and bar operations, including the use of the point-of-sale system.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, ensuring proper labeling, dating, and preparation of garnishes and inventory.
- Serves beverages accurately, adhering to portion standards, RAMP certification, and applicable safety policies while upselling featured drinks and menu items.
- Demonstrates courteous and cooperative behavior with residents, families, co-workers, and supervisors, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Plans weekly drink specials using seasonal opportunities, ensures completion of daily cleaning tasks, and documents bar logs for inventory, issues, and maintenance.
- Adheres to Baptist Senior Family policies and procedures, including attendance, uniform standards, and safety protocols, while ensuring timely and quality task completion.
