What You'll Do :
- Drive sales to meet / exceed monthly targets.
- Provide personalized customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Promote brand loyalty through exceptional service.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of brand products and benefits.
- Conduct training sessions for retail staff to boost product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Stay updated on competitors' products and market trends.
- Plan and execute in-store events and promotions.
- Coordinate with store management for successful events.
- Monitor and report on event success.
- Maintain product display organization and cleanliness.
- Track daily sales and activities with leadership.
- Attend weekly 30-minute team calls.
