ActionLink is seeking a Part Time B eauty Advisor who will be excited about bringing to life the latest innovations in hair care tools and styling.

Position Overview

Our Beauty Advisor will represent our client, Dyson, and their premium line of hair styling products. You will visit a local Nordstrom to engage shoppers and demonstrate all the reasons why Dyson hair styling tools are pioneering and the best that money can buy! Dyson's Supersonic hair dryer, Airwrap styler, Airstrait wet to dry straightener, and Corrale cordless straightener have revolutionized the beauty industry by combining cutting-edge mechanical technology with stunning design. As a Dyson Beauty Expert, you will have the opportunity to represent these exceptional products and make a significant impact on customers' personal styling routines.

Join our team to create memorable experiences and share your expertise with customers so they can look and feel their best every day!

Schedule and Locations

14-16 hours per weekend on Saturdays and Sundays
Nordstrom in Seattle, WA and Sephora in Bellevue, WA

What we offer :

36.00-$40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience

Currently licensed cosmetologists may earn higher pay rate

401(k) plan with employer match

Paid online training to certify you on Dyson product knowledge

Upscale and interactive work environment

W2 employment with biweekly pay schedule

What you will do :

Share enthusiasm about the Dyson brand with store associates and customers

Conduct dazzling styling demos & product presentations to individuals and groups

Provide engaging beauty consultations and share expert product knowledge

Train store personnel to communicate Dyson information with confidence

Help maintain visual product display standards at shopfront

Establish positive professional connections with store leaders and beauty advisors

Complete surveys with feedback and pictures after each shift

Valid cosmetology license preferred, but not required

High energy and strong relationship-building skills

Hair styling experience strongly preferred

Retail sales experience

Access to reliable vehicle transportation to commute to assigned stores

Must adhere to dress code / professional appearance standards and demeanor

Access to a smart device to complete reporting and communicate with district manager

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time
