Job Description : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location : Grain Valley, MO / Liberty, MO (Our Client’s Clinics)

Our client has built a dedicated team of professionals specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech & Language Therapy. Responsibilities :
- Provide program oversight for patients, ensuring high-quality therapy services.
- Conduct behavioral and skills assessments, as required by funding sources, and based on data analysis.
- Develop, implement, and revise behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and individualized treatment plans / programming.
- Complete initial evaluations for potential patients and maintain a manageable caseload.
- Lead monthly team meetings for case review and collaboration with other therapists.
- Supervise, train, and provide guidance to RBTs, RBT Fellows, and Trainers.
- Complete RBT competency assessments and reassessments as necessary.
- Ensure continued professional growth and competence of RBTs and other team members through weekly supervision meetings, observation, and written feedback.
- Ensure that supervision hours for RBTs meet BACB requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with families and caregivers, offering support and training throughout the course of treatment.
- Meet regularly with families to review client progress and collaborate on the development of individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain proper safety protocols, including social distancing and hygiene practices (PPE provided).
