Elevation Pediatric Therapy, LLC, a leading provider of therapeutic services for children, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. If you are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children with developmental and behavioral challenges, we want to hear from you!
Position : Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location : [City, State]
Job Type : Full-Time / Part-Time
Key Responsibilities :
Implement behavior intervention plans designed to teach and reinforce positive behaviors.
Assist in data collection and documentation of client progress.
Work collaboratively with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other team members.
Provide one-on-one support to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community environments.
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients at all times.
Qualifications :
Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
