Hiring Early Interventionists to work in our Infant Development Program (IDP)

Summary / Objective
To provide one-to-one developmentally based intensive intervention, education and coaching in the home or community settings to caregivers and their children with provisional diagnoses of autism spectrum disorder or other developmental delays, to assist them in developing the skills necessary to be integrated into school and other community settings.
Responsibilities
- Implement family-centered, relationship-driven, play-based programs individually designed for participant children and their families
- Directly deliver individual and group learning experiences to assist each participant in obtaining his or her IFSP goal(s) for which the program is responsible
- Maintain accurate client / administrative records
- Clear communication with all team members and parents / clients
- Drive between sites
- Attendance at staff meetings, supervisions, and trainings
- Compliance to all related company policies and procedures

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in psychology, child development, or a related field, or 2+ years of experience as an Early Interventionist
Passion and enthusiasm for helping children, including the ability to be silly and have fun playing!
Ability to communicate effectively using both written and verbal skills
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance
Must pass TB test
Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen
CPR & First Aid certification, or willing to obtain certification within first two weeks of hire
Work environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to handle, grasp, or feel; reach with hands and arms; push and pull; and talk, hear, and smell.
Employees in this position may encounter prolonged sitting and / or standing.
The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
Benefits
We are currently hiring full-time and part-time Early interventionists :
For full-time positions , we are seeking candidates with open availability to work consistently 30+ hours / week Monday through Friday as well as select evenings or weekends.
For part-time positions (10-25 hours / week including travel time), we are seeking candidates with availability to work on certain days Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8 am-8 pm, and Saturdays 9 am-3 pm (preferred).
