Job descriptionProvide 1 : 1 ABA therapy in home and community based environments to children on the autism spectrum Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments as directed and designed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst Collaborate, communicate, and assist with the training of clients, parents, and staff Provide a clean, safe, and supportive environment for clients and their families Collect, record, and analyze data on client behavior Attend trainings to acquire further knowledge and professional growth Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans RBT Certification from the BACB or 40-hour training High School Diploma or GED equivalent Must have reliable transportation and proof of valid Illinois drivers license and auto insurance in good standing Must have reliable technology to collect data and complete administrative tasks Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers, supervisors, and community members Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Adhere to HIPAA laws and regulations Commitment to ongoing training and development as it relates to clinical skills, professional development, ethics, and technology, and training in order to perform job responsibilities to required standards Ability to interpret and implement clinical protocols and writing Must maintain a professional appearance with regard to clothing, grooming, hair, and make-up Patience, empathy, and dedication to helping children with autism reach their full potential Certificate, bachelor’s or associate’s degree in behavioral health or in a related field. Job Summary :
We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as a Behavior Technicians to work with children on the autism spectrum. As a RBT, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in-home therapy to clients.
Our dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) provide direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and increase socially significant behaviors in home and community settings. RBTs will utilize interventions developed from the science of Applied Behavior Analysis.
